Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on items within 10 days after you have received the package, for a refund or exchange. The buyer pays for return shipping, including insurance.

Jewelry- Items must be in a perfect, unworn condition, in the original packaging. If any item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Please notify me first before any return. I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns are not available for custom items.

Shipping policies

Jewelry- Shipping is free within the United States using the United States Postal Service.

Tapestries- Free shipping is not available for tapestry purchases. Please contact me for pricing, including shipping and insurance.

Sales tax will be added for items shipped to locations in California. Currently we only ship within the United States.

Items ship within 3 days after payment clears. If you prefer to pay by check, please notify me so that I can hold your item until your payment clears. Once items are shipped, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Contact the USPS to make any claims.
